About: This NYT story is about how dogs are not allowed in restaurants, except for service dogs and emotional support dogs. Though many people with dogs still enter with them anyways and some restaurants just let it be even though it's breaking the rules of the NYC Health Dept. The NYT AD and editors chose this collage-like concept, featuring dogs, both service and not, spotted in a restaurant.
